Matthew Cordio is the Founder of Startup Milwaukee, Skills Pipeline and Wisconsin Startup Week. Matt is a passionate supporter of Southeast Wisconsin’s growing technology economy. Cordio is founder of Skills Pipeline, a technology talent acquisition firm, Startup Milwaukee an organization dedicated to building and connecting Southeast Wisconsin's startup community and Wisconsin Startup Week an effort to connect Wisconsin's startup communities and highlight the importance of high-growth companies that are creating new jobs around the state.

Jackie Steinmetz is the CEO of Accelity Marketing, a Milwaukee-based marketing agency that drives growth in B2B software startups. Closely involved with the startup community, Jackie is an organizer for Startup Milwaukee’s Emerge event series, a marketing partner and sponsor of Milwaukee Startup Week, a member of the Golden Angels Advisors, a coach and advisor at The Commons, and advises early-stage startups.

Ed Javier has been working in the tech space for more than 15 years. He is an experienced executive that helped build and scale start-up companies such as and; led technology SaaS product launches into new industries; and in 2015, as the General Manager pivoted and sold the leading real estate website in the Philippines to Rocket Internet. Since moving to the Milwaukee area, Ed has been consulting local companies in Marketing and Sales Strategies, mentored startups and co- organized Milwaukee’s first Startup Week. For the past year Ed has been working on an M7 project to increase Startup Capital to the region. Ed received a master’s degree in International Marketing from Depaul University-Kellstadt in Chicago and his BA in Economics from University of Illinois, Champaign- Urbana.
